Getting started with By Design is as easy as a phone call, text or email. We will send you a New Dr's pack which will have everything you need to send your first case. We look forward to hearing from you!
We do everything we can to never miss an appointment, and that starts with pre-planning. For our Emax, Zirconia and PFM allow 10 days in the lab. Implant cases please allow 15 days in the lab and for removable cases, 12. Also allow 2 days for shipping for all cases. Of course if you need something faster reach out to Jessica and we can get it scheduled.
We use Fed-Ex for all of our shipping. We can provide you with a pre-paid label (with tracking) and bags, when your case is ready to go you just package it up, put the label on it and call fed ex and let them know you have a pickup.
We accept all major credit cards or you can pay by check.
